Nokia in big trouble in featurephone market as well

Nokia seems to be in big trouble in the featurephone market as well with Android price points pushing down drastically.

Take a look at this comparison, Nokia is pricing it’s featurephone which is non-touch, has no app ecosystem and much inferior in terms of user experience and hardware (VGA camera vs 3.15MP camera, small screen vs 3.2″ touchscreen, single SIM vs dual-SIM which is a big deal in low cost phones in India) at just $15 less.

No wonder their market share is taking a nosedive. Nokia brand does not carry the same halo effect as before when they could command premium. The least they could do is match the hardware specs of competition.
